IMPAS: a book series
Description
The main aim of the IMPAS book series is to revitalize books which,
although themselves strongly impactful, may be regarded as obsolete by some modern readers. The eye-catching colours and intriguing illustrations are meant to give the books a fresh design and attract new or returning readers to them. Despite the importance of those works and the great reviews that accompany them, sometimes the lackluster and archaic design deems them unreadable for modern readers.
The process involved deciding on the book layout, researching what
makes the book titles unattractive to modern readers. After academic consultation on the initial design, the design was refined. Bookbinding was the final stage.
The project is addressed to everyone who desires a fresh editorial take on older book titles.
