Privacy policy and GDPR

  1. The Controller of your personal data is the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Katowice, ul. Raciborska 37, 40-074 Katowice, represented by the Rector.
  2. You have the right to:
    • access and rectify your personal data, and to withdraw your consent (withdraw from participation) at any time,
    • restrict the processing, erase the data, file an objection – in case of processing in violation of legal requirements,
    • be informed about any infringements and, where an infringement has been identified, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and to claim damages from an identified infringement,

  3. The data shall not be subject to automated processing or profiling, and shall not be processed for any purposes other than or a period longer than those specified in in this statement.
  4. Providing your personal data is voluntary and results from your personal decision to participate in the AGRAFA’22 event.
  5. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and the withdrawal of your consent is equivalent to withdrawing from participation in the event. The withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you have withdrawn the consent.
  6. The Controller processes the following personal data of the AGRAFA’22 participant: name and surname, address, e-mail address.
  7.  In matters not specified in the Rules of participation in the AGRAFA’22 event the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply, as well as the relevant acts of Polish law and law of the European Union, especially the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).
