HIDDEN DOGS

Description

As part of the GENEALOGY project, students had to refer to the works presented at the “Hidden Meanings” exhibition at the National Museum in Szczecin. The effects were shown during the 2023 Night of Museums. The work “Hidden Dogs” was so popular among visitors that the museum is still showing it to this day for educational purposes for children.

While reviewing the works and preparing documentation, the author
began to photograph dogs in paintings and share the photos with friends. This inspired her to show the symbolism of dogs in art throughout history. She followed the lives and friendships of dogs and people over many sources.

This work is for those who want to experience art in a different way.
