Enhancing Bible study on-the-go for beginners by providing convenient access to content and opportunities for contemplation.
The author undertook the design of a beginner-friendly Bible journal as a tool for reflection, motivation, and support for pilgrims. Following her design assumptions, she aimed to provide a guided pathway through the content, selective reading suggestions, and space for reflections. She tai-lored the book’s dimensions to suit its purpose and layout that supports the “lectio divina” method of study to focus on typographical hierarchy and easy navigation. Margin space and dedicated spreads were included for collecting thoughts. From among guide path distinctions, the author
chose a green colour theme, symbolizing spiritual development, growth, and renewal.
It serves pilgrims and travelers who wish to begin Bible journaling and contemplation, seeking motivation and reflection through the word of God.
