Ania Wieluńska (PL)

Ania Wielunska – graphic designer, typographer, typeface designer. Graduate of the Faculty of Graphic Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (diploma defended with the Rector’s award). Currently, she is a doctoral student and runs a typeface design studio at her alma mater. She has received multiple scholarships from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage for outstanding achievements. Winner of a scholarship of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for outstanding young scientists. Winner of the Beatrice Warde scholarship, funded by Monotype and the Type Directors Club in New York. Author of the ‘Lazarus’ project and co-author of projects such as ‘Bona Nova’, ‘Brigade 1916’, ‘Półtawski Nowy’ (typefaces published on the Google Fonts platform). Member of the programme board of the Interdenominational Poster Biennale in Warsaw.
