Tomasz Bierkowski, Professor. Visual communication designer, consultant and design critic. Lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice and SWPS University. He specialises in the design of academic and popular science publications. Author and co-author of numerous books and articles, as well as six academic monographs. He runs workshops in Poland and abroad. Initiator and co-author of The Social Design Research Group project. Juror for international design competitions.
