Kinga Klisz
A graduate of the BA program in Graphic Design at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Katowice. She specializes in book illustration, 2D animation and typographic practices. In her illustrative work, she pays attention to the role of color and emotional expression. She aims to keep her design practice open and explore diverse techniques. She completed international internships at Tactile Studio in Nantes and Caracal Agency in Brussels. As part of the Erasmus program, she studied at ESAD Saint-Étienne. In 2025, she was awarded a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
How to be a designer in the world of uncertainty? Liminality
In the face of the development of artificial intelligence, post-capitalism, and global crises, we as designers must find our place in a world marked by uncertainty and instability. Liminality is a state when the old has ended, but the new has not yet begun. How do individuals respond to such a transitional state, and what actions are taken by brands, academic communities, or cultural institutions? Will technological progress lead to a renewed appreciation of craftsmanship and traditional values?
