The therapy journal and tracker are designed to make it easier for the user to monitor their own experiences, emotions and changes over time. The author began the design process with collecting information on the techniques and scales used in therapeutic diagnostics, then she made initial tests and sketches of solutions. She tested different symptom tracking solutions on 3 users and selected the most intuitive solution.
