Inspired by global supply chain challenges and rising costs, the author explored a novel curved bending technique that increased the product\u2019s strength while using significantly thinner (0.7 mm) metal sheets. This resulted in the design of a lightweight, easily assembled chair that can be transported as flat sheets, simplifying logistics and distribution. Modern tools like laser cutting and bending facilitated this innovative production process. Metal and wood offered customization options for a diverse audience seeking stylish furniture.
