Saint-\u00c9tienne, where he spent one semester during Erasmus exchange, is a partner city of Katowice. Both cities share quite a few similarities: starting from the obvious history of coal mining, both being part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, to such things as similar colours on their coats of arms (reflected in the book\u2019s colouring).
